Enjoy Northern Fare at the Millwright Restaurant

The Millwright Restaurant, named after one of the mining trades which spawned the birth of Yellowknife in 1936, offers a full service menu specializing in fresh northern Canadian catch and hearty Canadian beef, caribou and muskox. Millwrights are trades people who tirelessly run the processing plants in mines and set up the crushing equipment to extract the ore from the rock. Open daily with an expansive menu, special buffet meals are served on specific days each week and can be arranged by special request for groups.

Don't miss the famous Yellowknife Millwright Sunday Brunch from 10 am to 2 pm. Reservations are recommended.

For a casual cocktail or beer, a light snack, and a chance to meet other guests, spend an evening amidst the quaint, quiet environment of the Millwright Lounge.

Room service is available between 7:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
